If you have gone through a major trauma or life upheaval, lost a loved one, or feel you are in conflict with your family or spouseeven if you are simply struggling to adjust to normal changes, or dont seem to enjoy life the way you used to: Therapy can help you find answers that lead to lasting change.

Mind-in-Motion Movement Therapy

As a lifelong dancerand a teacher of dance and therapeutic movement for more than 25 yearsI have seen first-hand the incredible benefits of dance-based movement for improving both mental health and overall wellness.  Movement therapy has been shown to reduce depression and anxiety, increase self-esteem, improve sleep quality, aid in weight management, reduce risk of osteoporosis, and more.  It also provides an intense emotional release, which can be profoundly healing for those struggling with trauma, grief, relationship issues, or any major life stressor.

Through many years of teaching and practice, dance-fitness training and in-depth study of anatomy, I have developed Mind-in-Motion™, my original movement therapy method, which I am now offering in group format
